Every rule, in plain words
How you pay, how you stop, what gets replaced, what doesn't, and how long leads really take. Nothing here is softer than the Terms of Service, and nothing in the terms is harder than this page.
Two ways to buy

Your checkout page says which one you are buying, in the box you tick before you pay. Auto-refill exists so your leads don't stop between packs. If you'd rather decide pack by pack, buy one pack.
How to stop or cancel
- Skip the next charge but keep the leads you've paid for: reply PAUSE REFILL to any text from us.
- Pause everything: reply PAUSE. The next charge and any new leads stop until you reply RESUME. A homeowner who already responded before your pause may still reach you, and counts toward your pack.
- Cancel completely: any way you like. Call or text (669) 609-5640, reply to any text from us, or email support@10for300.com. A call or text takes effect when we receive it. An email takes effect when we read it, no later than the next business day. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
None of these cost anything.
Which leads are replaced, and why only those
Two kinds of lead are replaced free and don't count toward your 10:
- a disconnected or out-of-service phone number, and
- a duplicate: the same person delivered to you twice.
Tell us within 72 hours, by phone or by replying to the lead text, with the lead's name. We check it and send the replacement.
A working number that doesn't pick up is not replaced, and neither is a homeowner who changed their mind or hired someone else. We can prove whether a number works. Nobody can prove whether someone would have answered on the fourth try, so we don't pretend to. The contractors who do best call within the first few minutes.
Refunds
A pack you've paid for is not refundable, including when you cancel or pause partway. There is one exception, and it protects you: if we ever stop delivering your pack before all your leads arrive, every lead we didn't deliver is refunded at the per-lead price ($35 each on a $350 pack of 10). The money goes back to your card within 10 business days. A bad lead we haven't replaced yet counts as not delivered.
How long leads really take
We measured our own records rather than quote a hope. These are 199 first packs from July to October 2026, timed from the day each campaign went live:

Smaller and slower markets take longer. There is no deadline and no extra charge: your pack stays open and your campaign keeps running until all 10 are delivered.
How we measured: each lead is logged when it is delivered to the contractor. “Within three weeks” and “within a month” count only packs that had been running at least that long. Free trial leads and replacement leads are not counted.
Every lead is yours alone
Each lead goes to one contractor only. We never send the same homeowner to two companies and never resell a lead afterwards. That is a term of the contract, not a promise in an ad.
About the testimonials on our homepage
Some contractors quoted on our homepage received free leads in exchange for their endorsement, and we say so next to each one. Treat those as their experience, not as independent proof.
